We'd like to be able to get in touch with your speaker(s) quickly on the day of the event if necessary (e.g., if they don't show up to device check, if they're not in the green room 15 minutes before their demo session, etc.). Please provide the name and mobile number of one of your presenters or someone who will be able to reach them quickly.

We'd like to confirm your technical requirements in order to give the A/V team detailed instructions on how to prepare for your demo.
We highly recommend creating a script if you're using more than one device during your demo (laptop, mobile device, POS system and so on). When our A/V team transitions from one device to another (e.g. from a laptop to a mobile device), it can take 3-5 seconds. If our A/V team has a script noting when you'd like to make the transitions, though, it can help speed things up.
Please be sure to identify your transitions with bold font/highlights and note transitions clearly using specific language. You can find two suggestions for what your script should look like here: Finovate Demo Script Examples: finovate.com/download/PresenterScriptExamples.pdf
If you decide to not submit a script at the venue or do so too late, you will need to verbally give transition cues during your demo (e.g. "Now let's move to the mobile feed").
